How do you deal with feedback/ constructive criticism as a designer?

Firstly one should be open minded when it comes to constructive criticism, secondly if somebody gave their feedback , you should think on it i.e. is this feedback good for your design ? and then if you think it is, accept it.

If don't , simply ignore or give them a logical argument.

you cannot match everybody's expectations and its not mandatory to have same mindset/idea or perception. so chill out and trust your gut !

Everyone needs constructive feedback in order to grow but totally depends on if they’ve delivered with the best form and intentions. Ask them to give the reasoning for it, if it's good then go ahead otherwise you can ignore it or else explain your point (if necessary).
